ELIJAH CAT NESTLES IN A BED OF FALLEN LEAVES

My cats, Elijah and Punkin, love to nestle in this bed of leaves.  I never throw my leaves away.  

I rake them into flower beds or close to my front porch for the cats.  

Can you see there are four nests in this picture?  Elijah is sleeping in one.

Oh, about the rubber snake...I leave it there to scare the doves away from the cat food.

I read that leopard and jaguars are very similar.

They both have coats with a rosette pattern.

Except...the jaguar has spots in the middle of their rosettes.

And,

A leopard does not have the spots inside the rosettes on their coat.

Recently, I gave a paint bid for some work at our zoo.  

This week I found out our team's bid was accepted. 

 They are building a new exhibit and I get to be the rock/stone painter.

It's next to this exhibit.  The giraffes and zebras will be watching us.

A dream job for me.  It will be hard work, but I'm so excited!

Target is advertising this chair on sale.  I would paint the legs one of the darkest greens and rub 

(color wash) a creamy white on top of the green. 

 I love green.  I love this chair.

  And, it has hummingbirds.

At 7 a.m., I was feeding the outside cats on the front porch and saw the most beautiful, brilliant sunrise in the eastern sky.  But wait!  I was just at my back door which looks to the west.  The sky was a little darker and there was a huge, full neon moon shining back at me.  I walked to the front door and to the back door a couple of times and was amazed. 
Both were truly beautiful!
